Epatra makes it easy for you. Based on our experience, we have already put together AV components for the area. We’ll advise you on the details, so all you have to do is follow these steps:

    Step 1 Select the products

    Projection screen + Laser projector

    In a boardroom, we recommend that the screen and projector be hidden away. After all, a boardroom remains a boardroom. If you install a built-in projection screen, combined with a laser projector with ceiling lift, the AV installation will be neatly out of sight when not in use. Projector screens are available in almost any dimensions so the content can be clearly seen from anywhere in the room. And with a laser projector, lighting costs are a thing of the past.

    Audio

    Good sound support contributes to the power of a story. Nothing is more frustrating than a poorly understood presentation. For a boardroom, we recommend ceiling speakers that match the finish and luxurious appearance of a boardroom.

    Room Management

    If you are with a large or important group, you would like to use the boardroom. But then it has to be available. With a Room Management solution, you can check the availability of a meeting room at a glance and reserve it immediately. This will save you a great deal of time, money and frustration and you can start your meeting right away.

    Videoconferencing

    Video is the most efficient way to bring people together and form a meeting. After all, not everyone has to be physically present in the area to work together successfully. With the right positioning, everyone in the room will have a clear picture. That way, people are always within reach.

    Control panel

    Our luxury control panels with touch screen, designed especially for boardrooms, allow you to manage everything from one central point. These are fully pre-programmed to your requirements with all functionalities of the room, from operating the equipment to controlling the lighting, blinds and air conditioning. Can be used on a separate tablet or beautifully integrated into the conference table.

    Wireless presentation

    Wireless presentation makes it even easier to share information. Project the image of your laptop, tablet or any other device onto the screen with a single click, without cables or software. Show up to four devices at once on one display, and with the "Bring Your Own Device" option you can open all meeting documents on any device you like.

    Connectivity

    As an alternative or addition to wireless presentation, you can also connect to the display by using an input panel. This is a small panel with connection points (HDMI, VGA and power), so that any cabling is still possible. Long cables are not necessary. This option is also less susceptible to interference and always neatly concealed.
