    Step 1 Select the products

    Display

    A display at reception is intended to provide information to visitors and staff when they enter. It is important to place the screen in a way that makes the information immediately noticeable and easy to read. In keeping with the features of the area and the wishes of the customer, Epatra places a display (such as a stretched display) or a larger video wall.

    Audio

    For smaller rooms such as a huddle room, a soundbar is more than adequate for an optimal sound experience. A soundbar works well with a camera for video conferencing. Epatra supplies products that combines these two options into one beautiful solution.

    Videoconferencing

    Video is the most efficient way to bring people together and form a meeting. After all, not everyone has to be physically present in the area to work together successfully. With the right positioning, everyone in the room will have a clear picture. That way, people are always within reach.

    Wireless presentation

    Wireless presentation makes it even easier to share information. Project the image of your laptop, tablet or any other device onto the screen with a single click, without cables or software. Show up to four devices at once on one display, and with the "Bring Your Own Device" option you can open all meeting documents on any device you like.

    Room Management

    A huddle room becomes pointless if staff have to search the entire office for an available space. With a Room Management solution, you can check the availability of a meeting room at a glance and reserve it immediately. This will save you a great deal of time, money and frustration and you can start your meeting right away.
